The difference with the CRM of Salesinteract and other CRM systems is that with Salesinteract you can involve your prospect and customer in your follow up tasks. So you involve your contact in the entire process, while most CRM systems only work internally.

In order to also use Salesinteract as a purely internal CRM system where you do not want to involve your prospect / customer in the process, you set this option on.
