When you create a task you have different options to choose from

3: Choose the next follow up date and time
4: Here you can leave a personal message for your contact or choose from a self-created template.
5: Here you indicate whether you want to inform your contact of this follow up. The check mark must be enabled so your contact will receive an email with the message in ‘Message for contactperson’. ‘Send me a copy’ ensures that you receive a copy of this follow up mail in your own mail.
